For the last several years, EcoReach has brought our members to various locations in and around Athens for Georgia’s annual River’s Alive event.

This year on October 20th, we went to Jefferson City and picked up trash along Curry Creek of Jefferson City Lake. We ended up with six trash bags full and took them to the Jefferson City Schools’ Wetland Property where we talked to kids about how all of us can make a difference in keeping our earth clean!
